Cobras dominate Golden Bears

Bristol, Va. - Virginia Intermont College Volleyball picked up their third win of the season Friday night. The Lady Cobras took care of the Truett-McConnel Golden Bears in three sets (25-8, 25-12 and 25-14) to improve to 3-4 on the season. VI was led by Ashley Hooven, a junior from Church Hill, Tenn., who had 26 assists. Libero Tiffany Vu also helped set the tone for Virginia Intermont with 19 digs. The Cobras return to action Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. as they face off against Reinhardt University.
