Lauren is a 2007 graduate of King College with a BA in Marketing and Management. While at King, Lauren played volleyball for 4 years, during which she helped lead King to four consecutive conference titles, three regional appearances, one regional title and a NAIA National tournament appearance. During her senior year she received the NAIA Champions of Character Award and an All American academic award. Lauren was employed by Virginia Intermont in 2007 as a resident director/activities coordinator. She has also been involved in VI's chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
