Jacob hails from Cape Canaveral, Florida and attends Merrit Island Senior High School. He has been a four year varsity player. His accomplishments include 2008, 2009, 2010 All Space Coast 1st team, MVP of USF All Star camp, 2009 4A State Championship and 2010 ESPN Rise Top Central Florida player.

Moore has also played club soccer and he has garnered awards such as Region 3 League #5 top Florida team and Region 3 Premier League East finalist.

"Jake has been very successful with all the teams he has played on. He is a tough defender and pretty versatile, comfortable on the ball and makes good distribution decisions, good pace and strength, plus he is very good in the air. He will be an impact player for us," stated Coach Robert Ssejjemba.
