The Virginia Intermont College Lady Cobras are having one of the best seasons in recent memory as they have turned the their season around after their lost to Tennessee Wesleyan just two weeks ago.

Coming off three straight wins that started with Point University, the Lady Cobras defeated the No. 19 Bluefield College Lady Rams and the No. 22 Montreat College Lady Cavaliers.

TT Webb received AAC Player of the Week honors as well as NAIA Division II National Player of the Week honors for her games against Montreat and Bluefield where she averaged 30 points and 7 rebounds per game.

The Men have had an up and down campaign this season and January has proven to be a testing time for the Cobras. The Cobras lost 5 straight contests before grabbing their first win in over a month last Saturday against Montreat College.

Justin Morris has been a constant threat on the offensive end for VI as he ranks No. 11 in the country in points per game and No. 11 in 3-pointers per game.
