Ca'star is from Randolph Henry High School in Charlotte Court House, Va. The  5'10" post player led the team in rebounds with 9.52  per game and 1.00 blocks per game. Ca'star's season highs were 27 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 5 blocks. In the conference, she ranked 2nd in rebounds, rebounds averaged and offensive rebounds per game, 3rd in defensive rebounds per game, 5th in blocks and blocks per game. She led the team in total steals with 40, tied for 1st in steals per game with 1.33, 2nd in assists with 71, assists per game with 2.37 and 3 pointers made. In the conference, she was tied for 5th in total steals and tied for 8th in steals per game. Heather's career high are 25 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals.
