Recently, Gyovanna Casanova of Orlando, Florida signed her letter of intent to play softball at Virginia Intermont College.Gia will graduate from Bishop Moore High School in the spring where she plays for the Hornets. She will serve as a utility player for the Lady Cobras this coming fall.Gia also plays for the Central Florida Sting which is a club team. "She has great athletic ability and is a very good academic student. We are pleased to have her join our team," stated Coach Eric Senter.
